| Description: | Responsible for all the plumbing, electrical, HVAC and painting at the community. Performs repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of property both interior and exterior. At least one year related experience required. Must have outstanding customer service skills.
General cleaning of apartments, hallways, and floors. Keeps the building maintained. Assists technicians with routine resident requests. Excellent customer services skills required. Time will be divided between maintainence (10 hours) and porter (5 hours) responsibilities.
